Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Velora AI when you create an account or subscribe to a plan.

Last updated: September 2026

The service

Velora AI provides AI-assisted tools for building and running a business, including a website builder, brand studio, CRM, documents, finance, bookings and an AI assistant. Features are added and improved over time; anything labelled Beta or Coming Soon is not guaranteed to be available.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 and, where you act for a company, authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only: your data remains visible and exportable, but you cannot create new content until you subscribe. One trial per customer.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in GBP through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown exclude VAT where applicable. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-months unless required by law.

Your content

You own the business data and content you create in Velora, including websites you publish. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service.

AI-generated output

AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, send or rely on, including prices, legal wording, tax figures and marketing claims. Velora does not provide legal, financial or tax advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Velora to break the law, publish unlawful, misleading or harmful content, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access another customer’s data or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Velora available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and its courts have jurisdiction.
