This policy explains what personal data Velora AI collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have.

Who we are
Velora AI (“we”, “us”) provides an AI business platform at veloriaai.co.uk. Our postal address is 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact hello@veloriaai.co.uk. We are the data controller for account data, and a data processor for the business data you store in your workspace.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication details.
- Business profile: the business name, description, industry, audience and tone you enter.
- Workspace content: websites, brand kits, documents, invoices, bookings, customers and AI conversations you create.
- Billing data: subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Technical data: log and error information needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use your data to provide the features you ask for, to authenticate you, to take payment, to provide support, and to keep the service secure and reliable. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and, where required, your consent.
AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the relevant prompt and business context are sent to our AI model providers to generate the result. We do not sell your data and we do not allow it to be used to train third-party models.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Velora: our cloud hosting and database provider, our AI model providers and Stripe for payments. Each is bound by its own data protection terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data stays available in read-only form so you can export it, and is deleted within 90 days of an account deletion request. Billing records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@veloriaai.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
